Service Description
When you book a session, I will send the information and consent forms. Please complete and send back at least 24 hours before your session so I may have time to read them thoroughly. This avoids asking you questions you've already answered and helps to use our time efficiently.
Cancellation Policy
Sessions cancelled or rescheduled within 48 (working day) hours of the original scheduled time are non-refundable. Sessions that are "no-shows" are also subject to this policy. Those who are more than 15 minutes late to a scheduled session will be considered a no-show.
